PREPARE NOTES AND SEND TO ALL PARTICIPANTS
- Fine-tune your notes from the meeting, don’t send them as they are.
- The best is to keep them short and simple – this will help others to easy navigate through them and get the clear message.
- Don’t phrase the notes in long sentences, keep bullet points with main messages about each topic discussed.
- Bold or highlight deadlines and most important decisions or key words (that you need everyone to remember).
- End the notes with summary of next steps with clear deadlines and responsibilities.
