PREPARE NOTES AND SEND TO ALL PARTICIPANTS

  1. Fine-tune your notes from the meeting, don’t send them as they are.
  2. The best is to keep them short and simple – this will help others to easy navigate through them and get the clear message.
  3. Don’t phrase the notes in long sentences, keep bullet points with main messages about each topic discussed.
  4. Bold or highlight deadlines and most important decisions or key words (that you need everyone to remember).
  5. End the notes with summary of next steps with clear deadlines and responsibilities.
