Programme

The 2023 Forum programme stays true to the main objectives of the EUSBSR - saving the sea, connecting the region, and increasing prosperity - and pays special attention to climate affairs, green energy, and the main agents of change and progress: young people.

The event is organised jointly by the Riga City Council, Union of the Baltic Cities (UBC), and VASAB, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia and the Baltic Sea Strategy Point, and with financial support from Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme.

The Baltic Sea Strategy Point functions as the support unit of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region.
