The potential benefits of art and culture for health and well-being have been well studied and proven – but how to turn theory into practice? Which methods and approaches can we use to create cooperation between the health and cultural sectors that result in positive health outcomes? The Baltic Sea Region is rich in examples of such interventions, and approaches such as “Arts on Prescription” have been successfully piloted in several countries.

In this interactive online event, PA Health will showcase concrete examples of arts and health actions taken in our region and will give a stage to the people who made them a reality. Join to learn about different ideas and methods and become part of a developing community of enthusiastic arts and health practitioners.

The event is organised by the Northern Dimension Partnership in Public Health and Social Well-being as the Coordinator of Policy Area Health, together with Odense Municipality, and the Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture with financial support from the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme 2021-2027.
