Māra founded PLŪKT at the age of 21 and has been acknowledged as the young entrepreneur of the year and has made sure that PLŪKT Nordic teas are available in 19 countries. Māra takes care of business development and export management and loves to share the story of PLŪKT and entrepreneurship on international stages. 

 

Mr. Dmitrijs Zverevs, Head of Youth Division, Department of Education, Culture and Sports, Riga City Council 

Dmitrijs daily duties in the municipality involve coordination of youth work and development of services for young people. For the last 4 years he has also been leading Youthful Cities Commission of the Union of the Baltic Cities, which is one of the key stakeholders working on promotion of youth participation in the BSR. Dmitrijs is strongly convinced that youth participation is not just a benchmark of democratic nature of a society, it's also a precondition for quality of the designed policies
