Business Forum: "Energy Future in the Baltic Sea"

 

 

 

On October 4th, 2023 at the event hall “Hanzas Perons” (Hanzas Street 16A) Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (here in after – LIAA) organizes the Business Forum “Energy future in the Baltic Sea”, promoting closer and more efficient cooperation between the countries of the region and promoting the offer of the region as a whole.

The main themes of the Forum:

  • Renewable energy and its future in a carbon neutral economy
  • Hydrogen technologies – challenges, future and innovation
  • Promoting clean energy innovation

Representatives of energy, hydrogen and other related industries are invited to join. There will be an opportunity to share experience with the region's energy and hydrogen leaders, learn or confirm the latest trends and gain insight into the future of technology.

This is an opportunity, not only to get up-to-date on energy and hydrogen technologies, but also to discover new opportunities by introducing like-minded people and industry professionals.

Working language of the event: English.

On October 4th, 2023, the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) organizes the Baltic Sea Region Tourism Business Forum and Workshop in Riga, Latvia.

  • The Forum will focus on tourism trends and developments, with an overview of the potential that the region has to offer and how it can compete on a global stage to accomplish success in achieving safe and sustainable growth in the coming years.
  • Within a framework of “Sustainability and innovation in the tourism sector as the driving force for Baltic Sea Regional growth”, the workshop will bring together tourism suppliers and buyers from across the Baltic Sea Region to meet and further advance co-operation.
  • The Baltic Sea Region Tourism Business Forum and Workshop will feature keynote speakers and panel discussions with internationally recognised experts in the fields of sustainability and future technologies.
